The company THealth Record Inc. (THR) had previously developed an online Travel Health Record and after talking to numerous school boards, parents, teachers and physicians quickly realized the critical need to have some record of medical data available should an emergency arise at a school or on a school bus. Simple allergies, medications or health conditions could be critical on a field trip or school sporting event or even during a school lock down. This information and other emergency contact information can now be accessed online through an internet browser on a mobile cell phone or printed to carry on an extended field trip. School boards and schools will now give parents the option to fill out permission forms for field trips and school events online in addition to their child’s Student Health Record.

The company has put together a comprehensive and simple set of forms that are easy to interact with and that contain all the critical information that might be needed should your loved ones contact an illness or a medical emergency while attending school. The Student Health Record (SHR) is available anytime, anywhere through the internet.

THR has seen an opportunity to address this need by providing a central database for a student’s medical information to be available online by parents and the school board through the internet anytime, anywhere.
